This location is perfect. The staff is extra accommodating and nice. I’d like to include the front desk staff Jeneil and Zahra are very friendly and helpful! Our room was super clean, the breakfast has been tasty and we’d definitely stay here again when in the area.
The hotel manager Maria is the best, she was very kind and accommodating. Made sure all our needs are met. Much better experience compared to the interaction from the manager at best western in hartford.
The room was clean, the staff was super friendly and attentive, and the bed was *incredibly* comfortable. My only real gripe was that the shower was kind of cramped. I'm a big guy so a lot of showers are cramped for what that's worth. Overall a great place and definitely would stay here again
Location is ok, Breakfast is ok, room and service ok. Rating is for upgrade in all rooms with only plugs on lights with no adapters or ports to charge phones or laptops!! I said something to the lady in the front desk. Which you will have to buy it from them. It seems the Hindu young lady or owners daughter was upset and spoke in her language upset. Honesty is the best policy!
We were looking for a less expensive hotel to break up our road trip, and this was a good find basically on the route. Zahra was very helpful at the front desk when we checked in. The carpet in our room didn’t look completely clean, and the curtains didn’t overlap so some light came in from headlights in the parking lot. Breakfast was pretty basic, but had enough options for us. Overall, not bad for what we paid.
Rooms are as expected of any hotel really. Maybe some liquid soap will be nice. Zahra was very nice though. Always helped us out whenever we needed
I recently stayed at this location and really enjoyed my stay. As far as budget hotels go, especially in this part of the state it can be very hit or miss. This was definitely a hit! The woman who checked me in was very kind as were the rest of the staff I interacted with. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. A super nice desk setup and comfortable chair, looked like a nice new TV, although I didn't use it. Now the rest of the room is certainly dated. Mostly just the carpet and the bathroom. Who cares about an out of date carpet, and honestly the older bathroom was kind of great. They still had a heater in the bathroom, which I haven't seen since the 90s, and was so nice in the morning. Only issues I can think of is the first floor stunk strongly of weed, but that is probably just from people outside or one bad guest. I was on the second floor so it wasn't an issue. Overall, very very happy with this little gem I can use when I don't want to make my long commute.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, which made my experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. They also have a internal pool. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The pancakes were especially delicious — definitely a highlight of the morning! I would also like to give special thanks to Zahra at the front desk. She was very kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. Her friendliness and professionalism truly made a difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
